Booked Mike for my 50th. From start to finish he was very professional. Discussed playlist I wanted, what songs I wanted where and when and he delivered. Every song I requested he had which made for a memorable night. Many thanks Mike for a great evening.
Mike made a completely memorable event from our Housewarming Garden Party and BBQ. He suggested tracks as well as remained very loyal to our choice of songs - he managed to track down even the more ambiguous Aussie numbers that personalised the mood completely, and for which we remain very grateful. Mike was a gentleman and made great conversation with the guests, and he was asked after by several guests at the end of the party who found him a fascinating and well-travelled character. I will always remember the timeless tunes we played and what great fun we had ! A highly professional, affordable and efficient service all round.
The Old Rockers were great at my husband's 30th, very professional, great set up and took all our friend's requests from their wide list of songs. We would definitely recommend them and would love to have play for us at a party in the future. Thank you.

Mike played for my brother's wedding and his set was fantastic. Communication before the event was great and he was really professional throughout, setting up his high quality gear promptly and clearing away at a convenient time the following day. Everyone had a wonderful time dancing way into the small hours. Thanks so much Mike!
What a great gentleman! Mike kept the young, the middle aged and the oldies rocking until the end. He just knew what to play to keep us all going. We had a super evening totally enhanced by Mike, his play list, playing requests and his knowledge of what made people enjoy music. Well done Mike!
Mike was a fantastic DJ for my birthday party. Mike turned up in good time and was very happy to oblige my extensive playlist mixed in with his own excellent set list of music and amazing DJ skills. I would be happy to recommend the Old Rockers to any one needing a professional DJ for any event.
Very professional, and Mike took the time via email to go through and get to know exactly what music etc we wanted for our wedding, and was more than happy to travel down to Somerset for us. We wanted someone that knew and enjoyed Rock and Metal music, rather than someone blagging it and ending up with a few cliched tracks, and Mike delivered this, as well as keeping the non rock fans happy with a few alternative tracks when the mood dictated.
We booked Mike to play at our wedding reception in Bellingdon and Asheridge Village Hall recently. We were looking for a wedding DJ with a sense of fun, a relaxed attitude and a rocking good playlist... and we liked the fact that Mike advertised the fact that he DJed for the love of a good party and told us that he would only take the booking if he could be sure that there would be enough people up and dancing to make the job worthwhile.
He provided two incredibly competitive quotes for different music services, provided us with a list in advance that allowed us to tailor-make a playlist for the party and was super helpful in all the correspondence we had up to the big day.
On the day itself, Mike arrived promptly and went about setting up with the absolute minimum of fuss and then started playing once dinner had finished. He judged the mood of the party impeccably, mixing our requests with carefully-chosen ideas of his own, and was brilliant with all the kids who kept bothering him for One Direction and Little Mix. He even didn't raise an eyebrow when I asked him for a conga.
Couldn't recommend the services of The Old Rockers highly enough. If you're looking for a lovely local DJ who will make your party perfect and leave the too cool for school nonsense at home, I would say that they're just the people for the job... and I'll always remember how special they made my big day.
